Nigeria's Super Falcons played a goalless draw against Canada’s national women team in a friendly decided behind closed doors at Downsview Park on Monday.
The match
gave Super Falcons coach, Edwin Okon, a chance to perfect strategies ahead of
the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup in Canada.
The
Falcons will next face WoodBridge Female FC in their second test match on Thursday.
Meanwhile,
the 23 players expected to make Nigeria proud at the World Cup will be listed
today.
Super
Falcons will be hoping to qualify from a World Cup group that comprises of USA,
Sweden and Australia.
