Andy Murray's late comeback against Novak Djokovic in the French Open semi-finals was cut short as a hail storm hit Roland Garros with the score at 6-3, 6-3, 5-7, 3-3.
The
British No 1, who is unbeaten on his least favoured clay surface this season,
was lacklustre in losing the opening two sets by a single break of service on
Philippe Chatrier.
The in-form Serb is bidding to win a first French Open title, with Stan Wawrinka waiting in the final
Murray pumps his fist after finding some form to take the third set 7-5 and stage a late comeback
However,
Murray found form towards the end of the third to take it 7-5 before Djokovic
called for a trainer and took an extended break.
Both
players struggled to retain their serve on his return before the game was
suspended at 3-3 and is expected to resume on Saturday.
