Super Eagles Maintain Position In New FIFA Rankings

The Super Eagles


The Super Eagles didn’t move a step upward as they maintained their previous 8th position in Africa according to the FIFA World Rankings released on Thursday 7th May.


The three-time African champions remained static with 659 points, leaving them 45thon the world ranking.

There were also no movements in the top five of the world ranking, as reigning world champions, Germany remained unshaken as they maintained their top spot with 1687 points, Argentina are second with 1490 points. In the third position are Belgium with 1457 points. Colombia are fourth with 1412, while Brazil occupy the fifth position with 1372
points.
