As
part of efforts to ensure adequate backroom support for the various National
Teams, especially in the area of match preparation, the Nigeria Football
Federation has sent four officials to the United Kingdom for specialized training
on the all-inclusive match analysis software of PROZONE.
NFF
Deputy General Secretary, Emmanuel Ikpeme, Assistant Director (Technical) Siji
Lagunju, former international midfielder Nasiru Jibril (also personal assistant
to the NFF President) and Coach Salisu Yusuf are already in London for the
programme starting on Wednesday this week.
NFF’s
latest move is in keeping with a promise made by its President, Amaju Pinnick,
to members of the NFF Technical Study Group during a 10-day match analysis
educational programme in the United Kingdom last month.
