Default

Fans of Enugu Rangers have asked for the immediate sack of the club’s handler, Kelechi Emeteole. Their call follows a series of poor result in this year’s league season. Presently, the Flying Antelopes occupy bottom spot on the league table with three points from five matches.

To press home their demands, a group of fans held a secret meeting in Enugu on Thursday, April 23, 2015, to discuss the way forward for the team.

“After the meeting it was agreed that we won't drop our demands until the current coach is eased off”. "We believe that Emeteole’s handling of Rangers is not encouraging. As a result, we have come to the conclusion that this situation can not be allowed to continue” said one of the fans.

After losing to Gabros and Giwa FC, Rangers poor outing this season continued on Wednesday in Week 5 losing their third game in row against Dolphins of Port Harcourt.
